Research Fields

The institute contains three major research fields, i.e., Agricultural Sciences, Forest Sciences, and Agricultural Economics. Each research field consists of several research groups. One of the objectives of our research activities is to develop methods for improvement of agricultural productivity so that a stable and safe food supply can be secured for Japanese consumers as well as the people of developing countries.
